DELIVERY
Delivery timescales may differ depending on the country where the artwork is being sent. I aim to post out artworks within three days of purchase, usually the next working day unless the order is placed over the weekend. If I am on holiday, there will be a note on our website, the artworks will be posted out on my return. If I am away from the studio for any other work commitments, the artworks will be sent to you as soon as I am back.
I offer free postage to UK addresses, there will be an additional charges for overseas customers. These additional charges are in the description of each product.
If my customers are local to Coventry, from the West Midlands or Warwickshire, I may arrange to hand deliver purchased artworks?
PACKAGING
I use recyclable packaging where possible, to help the environment and reduce postage and packaging costs for my customers.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
You can return most of the artworks on my website. From the date of arrival, you have 14 days to notify me that you want to return the product and another 14 days to send the item to me.
1. How to return your order?
You can email me directly, if you want to return an order. Please note that you will have to bear the delivery cost of returning the artwork. Also, the returned item should be in same condition as it was delivered.
2. What if the order received is broken or faulty?
For broken and faulty artworks, please follow the same guidelines as Returns and Refunds, except in these cases the cost of returning the order is covered by me.
3. How do I get the refund?
We will process the refund directly to your payment card or into your chosen bank account, in no more than:
• a. In case of returns, 14 days after the day the product is received by me.
• b. In case of cancellation, within 14 days of cancelling the order.
TAXES AND CUSTOM CHARGES
Buyers outside of the UK are responsible to pay for any local taxes and custom charges for goods on delivery. Where applicable these charges may differ from countries and regions?
